KM Goal and benefits

Goal:

Its objective is to transmit the experience and knowledge that exists among its members, to be used by all the members of the company. It is the capture, organization and storage of the knowledge of the workers with the intention of transforming it into an asset of the intellectual type that can be shared and provide the corresponding benefits.
