Knowledge workwers
  • The responsibility of Knowledge workers.

Focus more on quality than quantity, and their supervisors should assign them tasks based on their interests and goals, as this will influence the quality of the completed project.

They include professionals in information technology fields, such as programmers, web designers, system analysts, technical writers, and researchers. Knowledge workers are also comprised of pharmacists, public accountants, engineers, architects, lawyers, physicians, scientists, financial analysts, and design thinkers.

Data driven approach see knowledge workers as all those who work in particular organizations or in particular sectors or institutions. 

  • Job content  approach sees knowledge workers as people who do a certain type of job.Knowledge worker  is inherent  part from learning organization  as knowledge worker competencies are an essential part of intellectual capital.

  • Due to effective management  of  those competences  as  well  as high  level  and  constant development  of  them by  the  process of knowledge  transfer  allows the  organization  to  achieve competitive  advantage and  sustain business  development. 

  • The conceptual approach explains the term from the point of  view of employees’ importance for an organization and his style of work with knowledge.
